Since our recent upgrade to TR 9.2.4.3, often our JDE Servers appear to be totally down. However, if I RDP into the server, go to the Local Services and search for the SM Agent, then STOP it and START it, after about 20 seconds, Server Manager now shows the Server up as normal.
Anyone else experiencing this? Have you heard of any bugfix or reported problem on this?
