Why does JD Edwards allows to void a reconciled journal entry? We create a journal entry with a bank

Hi Community!

Question: Why does JD Edwards allows to void a reconciled journal entry?

We create a journal entry with a bank account, post it, and then we run R09130 and finally, reconcile on P09131 program. It marks GLRCND and R3 fields. After this, we void the journal entry and JDE allows it? is that ok?
