Where can I locate a sample of the IU_TRF_DEFN_TBL_CI ?

I am trying to do an interunit mass transfer with project chartfields. The existing Mass transfer doesn't seem to work when PC chartfields are included. Is the IU_TRF_DEFN_TBL_CI  a solution? If so where can I locate a sample?
