My 18c db wasn't constructed with label security, application express and database vault installed.

How do I add these modules to my existing 18c db via textual sh/sql commands?

How do I add these modules to my existing 18c db via dbca.

Any additional patches needing deployment to the db after install of these three components to bring things current?

A Metalink/MOS Docid # would be most appreciated.
