E-Business Suite 12.1 Premier Support expiring in Dec-21
Hello Team,
Our client, currently using 12.1.3, is contemplating to upgrade to 12.2.x version but has a few doubts about it.
1. For 12.1.3, with extended support not in picture anymore what kind of support will be provided for 12.1.3 version?
2. Also, as per note (E-Business Suite Releases - Support Policy FAQ ( Doc ID 1494891.1 )) when 12.1.3 premier support expires, next step is direct sustain support. What are its consequences? How is Direct sustain support different from extended support?
3. Any other risks that client will have to ensue if they decide to carry on with 12.1.3 after dec-21?
