How to automate dwell days calculation in demurrage transaction

Hello Everyone,

I am able to create demurrage transaction but the line items info in it is blank, i.e. the dwell days, credit and debit days etc.

after i manually enter the details and run the recalculate charges, the charges are getting calculated.

So is anyone aware as to how can we make OTM calculate the dwell days & the credit, debit days  from the details entered in the demurrage rule and the events on the shipment ?

Kindly let me know incase if there is any parameter or agent that needs to be activated.
