call object kernel went into zombie

Hi Team,

2 or 4  Call objects kernel going  into zombie every day. we have SM alerts setup for zombies and we are just clearing zombies .we could not find root cause . As per the logn can see some users exiting application and after that callstack generated. Zombie COKS pids didnot assigned to any JAS users sessions. Can anyone suggest what could be the issue for COK going into zombies?
