Getting Fatal Exception.Call was rejected by callee. publishing to MS Excel

Hello,

We are on 12.1.3 and have been publishing FSG reports to MS Excel for years with no problems. Just 2 weeks ago, we started getting this error ONLY when publishing to MS Excel (PDF and HTML work fine.)

The following error has occurred

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException

Cause: Line 46 - Call was rejected by callee

Action: A runtime has occurred. Please contact your support representative

Log File Bookmark: 15152

We have not made any changes to the system at all.

We've checked the I/E browser settings and they are set to the recommended values.

How do we fix this?
