Open line and cancel lines from P4310

Dear Team,

Appreciate your inputs on the following.

We need to extract PO detail lines from F4311 & F4301 such that it should satisfy the below conditions.

Can we achieve this.

Next status less than 400  and Last status greater than 980 ( Basically we need to extract all active PO  and cancel PO lines in one stretch).
