EBS RELEASE 12.2 CONSOLIDATED DATABASE FIXES FOR APR 2020

Dear All

We are facing the issue of downloading the mention patch patch above, we have planed to upgrade apps from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 on the same database of 11.2.0.4 issue raised i have no access privileges to access that patches, could you please help me.

we usually pay support  and maintenance contract via our local partner.
