Does GL in Fusion or EBS support the following features? If not please specify the features that are not supported.

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

The system should be able to create and store multiple versions of strategic/business plan, budget and forecast with the ability to make changes in one without impacting others and to link the strategic/ business plan with the budget.

The system should be able to setup budgets and plans for each GL/GL Group.

The system should be able to define budgets and budget organizations. Budget organizations can be used to group accounts, control access, set required spending controls.
