PO receipt doesn't create any putaway tasks

On Oracle EBS 12.2.4. I'm trying to get WMS putaway tasks generated after executing a PO receipt. I followed Doc ID 1514723.1 including the following steps:

1. Setup rule and strategy.

2. Created a PO.

3. Received a PO (Direct receipt) into LPN.

When I open Warehouse Control Board or the WMS Rule Simulation forms I can't seem to find any PO or any task that I can follow to validate the rules I setup.

Am I missing any setup step?
