oc4j_soa component not starting Error --> Process time out while waiting for a managed process to s

Hi,

I am getting below error in HP-UX server.

u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.3.1/OracleAS_1/j2ee/oc4j_soa/persistence>opmnctl startall
