Explanation field can no longer be edited

Speed Time Entry (P051121) no longer allows the Explanation (EXR) field to be edited. Any changes to this field now revert to whatever is populated in the Pay Type Description field.

I've tried doing what was recommended in Doc ID 2632267.1

To update Processing Option #3 on P050002A, follow the steps below:

  1. Fast path to IV
  2. Inquire on P050002A
  3. Select Processing Option from the Row exit
  4. Select Pay type tab
  5. Set Processing Option #3 to 0 (even if it is blank)
  6. Go to P051121 and verify the EXR field can now be edited.

But it didn't make a difference.  Anyone else have this issue?
