Send email when an order line shipment is confirmed

hello,

I am new to Oracle Order Management and need to implement email functionality when an order line shipment. I have workflow builder downloaded and able to connect. I have attached an image which shows where I need to add functionality in blue arrow. Can you guide me how can  I achieve this functionality ?

I need to have Item number, description, uom, quantity , order number, tracking number and ship to address in the email.
