autoDrop.doNotLoadAutoDroppedFilesIntoXcenter

Hi Team,

When we enable flag autoDrop.doNotLoadAutoDroppedFilesIntoXcenter=true on xcenter.properties file we are seeing below error on xadmin logs.

  "2020-07-13 09:06:53,800 [Deployment File Staging] ERROR [com.micros_retail.xadmin.deployment.DeploymentManager] Failed to transfer file(s) to staging server

for deployment 1::1220522

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused"   Error

No mnt files are getting deployed to xstore.  Could you please provide us the solution to resolve this issue.
