How to clear all credit check for all customers on both accounts and sites levels and enable on cust

Hi,

We have on our Server many of customers have credit check enabled on customer account, others on customers sites, others have both and others have none of both.

So we need to clear all enabled credit check at customers sites and enable credit check for all customers at all customers accounts.
