Is there a way to fix the Fluid Timesheet after applying PUM 34 T&L Enhancements?

We recently applied the PUM 34 Time and Labor Enhancements to our test database on tools 8.57.  When I look at the time entry page in the test database it does not look good at all.  In PUM 34 however the page looks much better.  Does anyone know if this is a tools thing or if there is some kind of configuration I need to do to fix it?

Differences:  In our test database the Time Reporting Code is extremely long and the alignment is very skewed.  Also the group box for the weeks has a right hand border.
