How to Setup Approval in Pricelist Update

Hello All

We have a requirement to setup Approvals when anyone is trying to update the Pricelist Prices.

Business Case - As pricing is very sensitive area as it directly involves Customer Billing. We want to have additional controls when anyone tries to update the pricelist - it should go via some approvals.

Please suggest, how to achieve this functionality.
