How to Remove Customer Tax Exemptions in Customer Standard
Hello,
I'm looking for information concerning the removal of a tax exemption created in customer standard. This is an EBS R12.1.3 installation.
Specifically, I'm talking about exemptions created at this path: Customers --> Customer Account --> Search a specific Ship-To site --> Details --> Tax Profile --> Customer Tax Exemptions
After creating an exemption in this menu, the only detail field that we have found to be updateable is the end-date. However, although there is a "Remove" column and button, it is disabled.
I've found an old mention in our company documents that leads me to believe people at some point were able to do this, perhaps via page personalization, but it was not properly documented, so I'm not sure if this is true or not. I haven't found a way to do this in the page personalization, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something or not.
