How to Setup Usage Billing Plan Lines, in case of only excess quantity usage (12.2.9)

Hi Team,

I need help on setting up the Usage Billing Plan Lines as per below User requirement.

Problem Scenario:

1) User can avail certain units of quantity(limit) for the Usage product up-to certain period.

So, based on the Usage we need to generate the Bill monthly basis until the Predefined limit ends.

2) After the limit (Predefined Units) exceeds only we need to charge amount based on the every additional units.

For example: User taken 1200 units plan and these units will be utilized in 12 months.(Predefined agreement).

For this we will charge one dollar per unit. Hence, 100 dollars(fixed amount)for 100 units per month.
