Preserving PO values in versions

All,

We have not build full package from past year, during this time there are changes in PO values in app/UBE version from web. If we build the full package now these values will be lost.

How can we preserve the PO values,  also what other thing we need to take care before building the package for the build.

TR- 9.2.0.3
