OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL_A created only with primary key

We did all the required setups for enabling audit in OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table and ran the AuditTrial Update Tables program. The program completed with error. When we checked the table  OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL_A it is found created. But this table has got audit columns and only one primary key column line_id. We do not see the columns we added in the audit table setup. We are in R12.2.8. Has anybody faced similar issue, please help us your inputs.
