Users cannot post Journals

Hi All,
Since a couple of weeks ago some users are not able to post Journals in HFM. They can load them but not post. We have reviewed their access and the process level of the entity and all looks good. They get the following error: " "User doesnt have access to perform this task"
It is very strange since these same users were always able to post Journals up until a couple of weeks ago.

HFM version: 11.1.2.4.209
Any ideas?
