Embedded BIP Excel Output not created

Hello,

We have been using embedded BIP with RTF templates for several years.  I just did my first Excel template and it works great manually.  I have the JDE report, report definition and template all configured.  In JDE submitted jobs, I don't see any errors but I also don't get output.  I can download the source xml but the output gives an FX error.  I am having trouble finding documentation on any excel template related settings or errors.

Any help or advice on additional things that need to be done for excel on a system where rtf is working would be much appreciated.
