Webutil in forms 11g to upload files

Hi experts,
I'm using Forms 11GR2 and need to develop a form to upload binary files and store them in BLOB columns.

Reading this MOS note :

How to Configure Webutil in Forms 11g (Doc ID 1093985.1)

Refers to this another note, Note 1644754.1 Webutil Demo with No Jacob Dependency/ No OLE Features, which is not available.


Anybody can provide references or samples, please?
