Delivery note doesn't print

Hi All,

can you please shed some light what could be the reason of the below error. This is happening when printing delivery note. Delivery note doesn't print automatically.

I checked the printer is assigned to user and set as default as well.  same concurrent request work for other users and delivery note print automatically.

Output not printed for the following reason:

  The print option has been deactivated for this evaluation

Any help in this regards is much appreciated.
