Inventory setup as non-nettable, but qty shows as Serviceable

Hello,

I'm running into an issue where a specific subinventory (Holdreview) does not have the "nettable" flag set, but yet the inventory within said subinventory is showing as serviceable.

All other subinventories that are setup the exact same way are behaving correctly.

I've checked mtl_secondary_inventories and have verified that the settings are correct.

Looking for ideas as to where else to check.

Running on R11
