Taxable Benefit Code No longer Calculates Taxes/CPP (Resolved)
We have a number of employees who are paid via just a flat dollar benefit code, with no pay code associated with them or hours. These earnings are taxable and pensionable in Canada (CPP).
Prior to taking a number of ESUs, the benefit code worked as expected, with taxes and CPP being deducted from every cheque. After taking some ESUs, employees who just have a taxable benefit code are no longer being taxed and no CPP is being deducted.
Is there a fix for this? I didn't find anything when I searched the Oracle site.
Thank you,
Corinne
