Time entry code linked to PDBA benefit

Can Any help with this issue

We have a PDBA benefit setup that is linked to a time entry pay code. (P type)

The Time entry code is inputted by the employee through self service

The PDBA code sets a daily limit for the time entry code.

The issue is both time entry code and pdba are being calculated on the payslip. The time entry code is calculating the hours imputed x rate.

PDBA code  is calculating correct

We would like to have the user input the time entry  and calculation should be based on the pdba benefit and the specific  time entry pay type code not calculate or print
