Is there a set schedules for newer release/version of AHF tool. ?

Wile opening a  issue with oracle support we sometimes come across instructions to install the latest version of TFA/ oswatcher etc. It would be great if we can get notified about the new releases of the tool so we can plan to be current on all of our PROD servers.
