Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Enhancement Request: Email Centre to support OAuth 2.0, as Office365 is de-supporting legacy protocols. This means Email Centre won't be able to connect to Exchange Server Online, and instead a local Exchange Server will need to be installed in our network. The Microsoft KB item is https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/office/blogs/end-of-support-for-basic-authentication-access-to-exchange-online-apis-for-office-365-customers For 12.2 Workflow an enhancement request (Doc ID 2650084.1) already exists, so it would be nice if one could be raised for Email Centre.
