Workflow Approvals in Approval Tile

We created a custom approval process and have unchecked the take action at line level.  We want the document to get approved in its entirety.  If one person denies it should terminate all steps/paths/stages.  It appears to be terminating the process, but transactions are still showing on the approval tile for the people that it was pending approval.  For instance we have it going in parallel, three people had a section of the document.  Denied it as one, all the future not routed steps got terminated.  The header/line show denied.  But two of the three who had pending still have
