Requisition change request update supplier location

We are running into issues where the supplier location has been inactivated. When a user edits a requisition after the requisition is sourced to a PO, the requester needs to made changes to the requisition - to change the PO amount for example.

The requester receives an error that they cannot save because the supplier location isn't active. So they can't save the change.

The supplier location is selected on the requisition change template to track changes- I guess this only tracks changes before it's sourced to a PO?

If we try to edit from requisition settings- to default it to all lines, a message appears. These have long since been sourced to a PO.
