EBS Projects and Planning

We have a subsidiary that uses Salesforce as a project/planning tracking tool for customer contracts.  We own Oracle EBS Projects and would like to further leverage this to replace Salesforce. We currently can track project information in EBS Projects but the planning detail is what we’re struggling with.  This would include data like:

  • project assignment status and assigned to who
  • status - Planned, In progress, Completed
  • Planning Package Sent date – date sent email and reached out
  • Planning Call Date
  • Sent and returns date for Training equipment
  • Delivery Method – Onsite or Remote
  • Site Point of contact
  • Engagement Address
  • Procedure to access facility
