ODA 19.7 - DCS 10001 Internal error encountered - Fail to get credential

Hi

We just re-imaged our 2 node X7 2HA ODA using 19.7 Bare Metal  ISO

After the imaging, the second node keeps giving us "ODA 19.7 - DCS 10001 Internal error encountered - Fail to get credential" error everytime we try to run odacli commands

First node is fine

We rebooted 2nd node couples of time but no luck

Any idea what could be wrong and how to fix it?
