How do I cancel or close a recurring voucher contract when we have already vouchered some of the sta

We have some recurring voucher contracts set up where we have already vouchered some of the staged releases.  The monthly release amount is now needing to be changed as the leases have been renegotiated due to COVID-19. 

Can we re-adjust the remaining staged releases and contract header amounts or do we need to cancel/close the existing contract?  If the later, cancel the remaining releases and cancel the contract what are the steps to do so?
