E1 Supplier Self Service Portlets

Hello All

I have a few questions regarding the way the E1 Supplier Self Service Portlets Configuration. As  I am not a techie so some these questions may appear basic.

  1. As I understand wef from Tools Release 9.2 we can publish the individual portlets on the E1 pages. Can this be published to someone outside the network? For e.g if I add one of the SRS portlets to E1 page, how do I publish this to the supplier so that he can view and approve any release schedules
  2. Is a separate JDE license required to be given to the vendor for accessing the portlets through E1 page
