Is it possible for 2 customers to share 1 credit amount limit?

When 2 customers, which are parent and child, how can we set 1 credit amount limit for.

For example.

Creidt Amount is 1,000,000

Customer1 have outstanding invoice 400,000 usd.

Customer2 have outstanding invoice 500,000 usd.

Credit Available for customer1 and customer2 is 100,000 usd.
