Siebel REST API - Maximum Records to thousands

As per the bookshelf, current max records is only 100 when using Siebel REST API. Do we have any alternative on this than doing multiple triggers if we have around thousands of records to fetch? Thanks

Note: It is recommended that you retrieve the lowest number of records required for any one call. The more records that are returned, the larger the message and the slower the response. The maximum number of records cannot exceed 100.
