Oracle Fusion:Unable to load assignment sets using FBDI

Hello,

We are trying to load assignment sets in Oracle fusion using FBDI but all of our records with assignment type = 6(item-organization level are failing with the error:

"This assignment is assignment type ITEM,ORGANIZATION LEVEL. Values of one or more of the attributes in this list are invalid: ORGANIZATION_CODE/ITEM_NAME"

But we have checked that the organization/item values are correct but still getting this error .Does anyone have any ideas what we should do to resolve the issue?
