we have OEM Setup using Weblogic Server "10.3.6.0"

OS - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.10 (Santiago)

Server Team Wants to upgrade the OS to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.8 (Maipo)

1-Is RHL 7.8 Certified for WebLogic Server "10.3.6.0"

2-What will be the pre and post steps if we upgrade OS hosting WebLogic

3-As this is hosting OMS with Repository database what will be the pre and post step required in OS Upgrade
