I am getting "This page isn’t working host didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" error.

Hi,

I am getting "This page isn’t working localhost didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" error.

Apex configures without issue, however, my browser is not finding the admin page
