payable invoice form performance issue

Hello -

We are facing issue with our EBS oracle R12.1.3 production instance in AP invoice form performance issue. We check the application & database working fine. The performance issue happening only in the payable module in invoice form and payment form. When the user enter the invoice details then save and make match this time the transaction will take 20 mints to completed.

Kindly need you quick solution on this ASAP.

our environment details:-

OS - oracle linux 5.5

DB - 11.1.0.7.0

Application - R12.1.3
