Unable to add CIP Mass Addition to CIP Asset
Hi all-
We have a mass addition (hitting a CIP account) in the ON HOLD queue and are trying to use the 'Add to Asset' function to add it to an existing CIP asset. When we hit that button, it takes us to the new form where we query the asset to which it should be added. However, when we try to query the asset, we consistently get a message of No Records Found.
I know the asset exists and when I review it, I can't see any reason why we'd be unable to add this mass addition to this asset (which already has had one invoice added to it).
