User Name Not Shwoing in LOV for AGIS Intercompany Org rights mapping.

Hi,

When we trying to map the User name for Intercompany organization. User name not showing in LOV for mapping .We have checked in HRMS and DBA sysadmin in both that particular user is mapped with email id. So kindly provide solution on this.
