Data Appliance Creation Failed - ODA 19.7

Hi

We recently re-imaged our ODA X7 @HA with 19.7 bare metal and deployed the appliance but the appliance failed

so we did a cleanup using cleanup.pl

But now when we log back onto the ODA GUI Admin, it keeps showing us that appliance creation failed and to refer to the deployment guide for cleanup

Do we need to re-image the nodes again before we can deploy the appliance? Is not there any way to clean up so that the ODA-ADMIN gui can once again present us with the option of "Create Appliance"
