Performance issue

Hello,

We have a performance issue in production environment.

A batch takes more than 10 hours instead of 1 hour normally.

By disabling dataguard, which has existed for a long time, normal performance is restored.

Application configuration:

Apache Commons DBCP 1.4

ojdbc7-12.1.0.2.0

JRE 1.8u73 - Execution by using Main.java

Driver = oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver URL = jdbc: oracle: thin: @ // :  / <service_name>

MaxActive = 1

MaxWait = 3000

DB configuration:

X5-2

RDBMS 12.2.0.1

DG protection mode: Maximum Performance
