How to Setup 2 Position Heirarchy for Blanket Release approvals

Hello All

We have a requirement to configure 2 different approval heirarchy, where the Top Level approvers are totally different. Please help to understand how to configure this business scenario.

Business Case -

1st - Purchase Team has its own Approval Heirarchy for the approval of all the Blanket Release created by Purchase Team and all the required approvers belongs to Purchase Team Only.

So, we created a Heirarchy with the Top Level approval of the  Purchase Lead.

2nd - Finance Team will also be creating Blanket Release which should be directed for approval only within Finance Team. Now, Oracle is not allowing me to configure multiple top level position in the same heirarchy. So, I have created a separate Approval Heirarchy.
