Not able to upload XML after switching roles

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am currently working on OTM 6.3.5 and would like to setup single user id to access multiple user roles in different domains.

I have domain A and B with user role A.SUPPORT and B.SUPPORT.

Previously I need A.USER to access domain A with role A.SUPPORT and B.USER to access domain B with role B.SUPPORT.

What I want to do is to allow A.USER to switch role to B.SUPPORT and able to read write everything in domain B.

What I did so far:

1. Grant A.SUPPORT in user role screen of domain B using DBA.ADMIN (VPD Profile is set to domain
